Our inclusive training program which was initially targeted for Persons with Deafness and Hard of Hearing has now started with 16 participants with diverse disability including deaf and hard of hearing, low vision, and physical disabilities. This training is a crucial step towards their economic independence, giving them important skills and opportunities.

Persons with disabilities often face many challenges to becoming financially independent, like limited access to education and employment, discrimination, and lack of necessary support at work. Our program aims to help participants overcome these barriers, achieve more independence, and gain financial security.

The training is provided in collaboration with Bhutan Institute of Tourism and Hospitality, and Interpreters from Wangsel Institute for the Deaf with fund support from the Helvetas Bhutan and Bhutan Media Foundation
