More than fifty people with disabilities (blindness) attended a week-long Braille Refresher Training Course at IMS, Thimphu, to learn about and enhance the new Unified English Braille Code (UEB).
The training was initiated and organized by the ECCD/SEN Division under Ministry of Education in collaboration with the MIK Institute and the Disabled People’s Organization of Bhutan.
